A steam-jacketed kettle is similar to a double boiler and cooks large quantities of food by using steam heat. It is designed with both an inner and outer steel wall that cooks the contents inside by releasing steam into the space between the walls, and may be powered by electricity or gas    

The steam jacketed pot is composed of a bracket, an inner and outer pot body, a tilting device, and a steam pipeline. The equipment uses steam as the heat source and is equipped with a turbine-driven tilting device. The pot body can be tilted to facilitate the in and out of materials; the double-layer pot body, with steam in the jacket; the pot body adopts integral head and pressure vessel welding technology, and has reached the national level Safety standards; the whole is made of stainless steel, easy to clean, hygienic and safe.
